Randolph Robida, P.C. focuses its legal practice on estate planning, probate, tax, and small business tax and legal issues. Our office combines large firm experience with small firm service. The office was established by Randy in Denver in 1996 and provides legal services ranging from the drafting of simple wills to tax controversy resolution.
We generally charge based on a flat fee, and are happy to tailor our work to only the work you need (often referred to as "unbundled" services). We work hard to make legal services as simple, reasonable and timely as possible.

About Kat
Kat, Randy's daughter, has been a Paralegal for the office on and off since June of 2010. This last year she has also become a notary and has enjoyed helping clients to easily finalize their estate planning documents.
Upon the completion of her BA in Geography/Earth Sciences from the University of Colorado at Denver, she hopes to enroll in law school to earn her J.D. in Environmental Law. Glaciology has been a major interest of Kat, with her goal being to help aid in the protection and preservation of these environments by way of helping to write scientifically informed Glacial Protection Laws (GPLs).
Kat also has a deep interest in water rights and protections, stemming from a love of oceans and lake environments, and the critters that live in them. While she has very much enjoyed being in the air like her father, you are more prone to find her in the water with her dog, Ellie.
