FEES

We genuinely enjoy working for  our clients, many of whom have become friends over the years, and providing quality legal services at a reasonable price is our primary goal. We understand that legal fees can build up with frustrating speed and we make every effort to keep our fees as low as possible, though we won’t try to keep fees low by doing anything less than professional work. One of the ways we like to lower costs for our new clients is by offering a free 30 minute phone consultation. To schedule a consultation, give us a call at 303-321-4600. If we don't pick up, leave a voicemail with your name, contact information, and a short description of your issue.   

When clients ask us to estimate fees in advance, we are happy to do so.  Sometimes our estimate can take the form of a flat fee. Of course our estimate is based on the information we have to work with at the time.  As we work on your matter things often change. If we find that the original estimate does not cover all of the work we will need to do, we discuss the situation with you before doing additional work.

When possible we are happy to charge a flat fee, so that you know what you’ll be charged in advance.  

If you have any questions about fees please contact our office right away.  We do not charge you for answering your questions about our fees. Finally, note that we have a policy of not asking a client  to pay a bill they find unreasonable after discussing it with us.

The flat fees shown above include basic editing, but do not include custom drafting.  If we need to make substantial changes to our standard documents to meet your estate planning goals we’ll include an additional charge at our standard hourly rates for the required custom drafting.  We’ll let you know in advance if custom drafting is needed for your estate planning documents.
